Meet The Team
Dr. Steven White
My father was a dentist and I loved the idea of working with my hands while really helping people.
Originally from Charlotte, Dr. White earned his undergraduate degree at Davidson College. He went on to complete his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree at the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill School of Dentistry.

With almost three decades of serving people, Dr. White has had the amazing privilege of seeing countless lives changed through dentistry.
Dr. White has served as a mentor at the Nash Institute for Dental Learning and was an instructor with the Advanced Aesthetics Program. His professional affiliations include the American Dental Association, Charlotte Dental Society, Iredell Dental Society, American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, and Dental Organization for Conscious Sedation.
Married with five children, Dr White loves spending time with his family and is active in his church, St. Mark Catholic. He also enjoys golfing, snow skiing and reading.
Dr. Brad Haines
In high school, I discovered the power of a smile to really change a life.
After earning his undergraduate degree at Auburn University, Dr. Haines went on to complete his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree at Louisiana State University Dental School.
Dr. Haines has served patients in the Lake Norman area for more than a decade and loves helping everyone enjoy their time with us.
As a leader in his field, he was named a Top 40 Dentist Under 40 in Incisal Edge Magazine.
Dr. Haines has completed several certifications at the Nash Institute for Dental Learning, where he also served as a student mentor.
Professional affiliations include the American Dental Association, Charlotte Dental Society, Iredell Dental Society, American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, and Dental Organization for Conscious Sedation.
He loves spending time with his wife and three children; and is involved in his church, Life Fellowship. He also enjoys strength training, reading, spending time on the family farm in Elkin, and following his Auburn Tigers.

Dr. Claire Papp
Growing up, my mom and I needed a lot of dental work. I saw first-hand the difference a smile could make in helping someone feel confident.
Dr. Claire Papp grew up in a Navy family, moving from coast to coast before making Charlotte her final home. After graduating from Virginia Tech with a Business Management degree, she earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine in Tampa, FL.
“Dr. Papp is amazing!! I have been to many offices in the area and have not been happy. Dr. Papp has done fillings, root canals, and bridges for my family. All of our visits have been above our expectations. She takes the time to educate us so we were able to make educated decisions about our families teeth. She loves seeing patients’ lives change through dentistry and making them feel at home during their time in the office.
Dr. Papp received the Humanitarian Award from the International College of Dentistry in 2019.
Dr. Papp has served on the board of the Charlotte Dental Society and is a member of the American Dental Association, NC Dental Society and American Academy of General Dentists. She also obtained additional training in molar endodontics and surgery.
She loves her three dogs and exploring all aspects of Charlotte, from hiking in the mountains to boating on Lake Norman with friends. She also enjoys working out, reading, crosswords, puzzles, and traveling.
We Love Our Community
We want to make a difference in the community as well. That’s why we sponsor 5k races and teams, such as the Cool Breeze Cycler triathlon team. We also help with local fundraisers, such as Cookies for Kids Cancer, Christ the King Catholic School, St. Mark’s Catholic School, Lake Norman Christian Academy, Leukemia and Lymphoma Society Benefit, Huntersville Presbyterian Hospital Health Fair, Huntersville Half Marathon Sponsor, Young Life, Christian Family Life, Pawz Too Run Dog Walk/Run, Peru Mission Trip, Boy Scouts of America, Ingersoll Rand Health Fair, Lowe’s Corporate Health Fair, and Newell Rubbermaid Health Fair.
